Given the custom and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been personalized accurately according to your order. Please review your order carefully before submission.
Mistakes and Errors:
In the event that we make an error in the personalization of your product, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. If you receive a product with an error on our part, please contact us at info@accreatoins.ca with picture of the product within 48 hours to initiate the replacement process.
